The strategies, avenues, or philosophies previously applied to your project have not achieved the intended outcome; therefore, our proven, disciplined, and highly professional approach is designed to properly position your project for success.
This process applies to commercial and intellectual property projects across all sectors. Please read all instructions carefully before proceeding.
Required Steps

2. Rates, Terms, and Conditions
Do not inquire about potential rates, terms, fees, or conditions related to your project. These elements cannot be determined until:
Full engagement of our services is offered only under contract and includes a mandatory face-to-face meeting with our founding executive. Project principals who follow our protocol consistently succeed in establishing critical relationships with funding facilitators. Those who do not adhere to the protocol fail to achieve the necessary alignment required by high-level funding sources.
3. Complete the Project Application In full. Do not skip any steps. Immediately after completing the Project Application and reading the website entirely, please email your complete business plan or executive summary—along with all relevant supporting documentation—directly to our founder, Richard Matthew, at richard@soloallianceusa.com to ensure receipt.
If you do not currently have a business plan, please state this clearly in your email. If you have previously spoken with our founder, follow any instructions provided during that conversation.
Our Mandatory Professional Fee Structure, outlined in the Fee Schedule section of this website, includes full engagement with our founder, a green-lighted private funding facilitator working directly with the project principals beginning at the face-to-face meeting, all required travel, due diligence, deal structuring, and ongoing coordination.
4. Project Review & Follow-Up Instructions
Upon review and preliminary acceptance of your project—including your business plan, pro forma, or financial projections—additional instructions will be issued via email. These may include requests for supplemental documentation or notification of direct contact with our founder, including scheduling availability.
5. Conference Call Evaluation
If Richard determines that your project merits further consideration, he will conduct an in-depth assessment and schedule a conference call. Should both the project and the project principal demonstrate readiness and competence, Richard will extend an offer for full representation, which includes the mandatory face-to-face meeting under our professional fee guidelines.

The project application must be completed in full and is limited to commercial funding projects or intellectual property projects only — ALL sectors. Individual loans and individual residential real estate projects are not serviced.
Completion of the project application in full will immediately expedite the initial review of your project. This step is part of our mandatory protocol as outlined in the OUR PROCESS, PROTOCOL & ENGAGEMENT FEE section of the website. Failure to follow this protocol will result in our inability to proceed.
