Solo Alliance USA LLC was established in 2014 by Richard Matthew to provide a direct, disciplined pathway for project principals seeking alignment with serious private capital.


With more than three decades in the private funding arena, Richard has worked with clients in 126 countries and all 50 U.S. states, structuring and positioning projects for presentation to high-net-worth individuals and private family offices worldwide.


Over $30 Billion USD in private capital is actively available to clients he represents—however, access to these channels requires preparation, credibility, and strict adherence to protocol.


Solo Alliance USA operates under a proven, non-negotiable process. This structure exists for one reason: private capital sources expect projects to be professionally prepared, strategically aligned, and presented through a disciplined pathway.


Engagement includes direct involvement with Richard, a mandatory face-to-face meeting at the project location, and alignment with facilitators of private capital operating across multiple global markets.

    Client Engagement Process


    Solo Alliance USA operates under a disciplined, proven engagement model designed for serious project principals seeking alignment with private capital and equity sources worldwide.


    This is not a casual or exploratory process. It is a structured pathway built over decades, refined through real transactions, and aligned with the expectations of high-net-worth families and private capital facilitators.


    All prospective clients are expected to review this website in full and follow the process outlined below.


    You are seeking capital. As such, adherence to protocol is required. The methods, strategies, or avenues previously pursued have not produced the desired outcome—this process exists to correct that and position your project properly within private capital channels.


    This applies to commercial projects and intellectual property across all sectors.


    The Process


    1. Review the Website in Full
    Before initiating contact, review the Solo Alliance USA website in its entirety. This ensures you understand the structure, expectations, and level of engagement required.

     

    2. Initial Evaluation Parameters
    Project review and the initial conference call are conducted at no cost.


    Do not inquire about rates, terms, fees, or conditions at this stage. Those elements cannot be determined until your project has been reviewed, a conference call has taken place, and a qualified capital facilitator has been identified under full engagement.


    3. Complete the Project Application in Full
    Complete the Project Application in full and do not skip any part of it. Failure to follow instructions reflects a lack of readiness and will interrupt the review process. 


    4. Submit Supporting Documentation
    Immediately after completing the Project Application, email your business plan or executive summary, along with all relevant supporting documentation, directly to Richard Matthew at:

    If you do not currently have a business plan, state that clearly in your email. If you have previously spoken with Richard, follow any instructions already provided.


    5. Project Review and Follow-Up
    Upon review and preliminary acceptance of your project materials, additional instructions may be issued by email.

    These may include requests for supplemental documentation or scheduling availability for direct contact with Richard.


    Only projects demonstrating seriousness, organization, and readiness move forward.


    6. Conference Call Evaluation
    If Richard determines that your project merits further consideration, a conference call will be conducted to assess the project, the principal, and overall readiness for alignment with private capital.


    If both the project and the project principal demonstrate competence and readiness, an offer for full representation may be extended under Solo Alliance USA’s professional fee structure.


    High-net-worth investors and their facilitators expect elite representation, disciplined preparation, and serious principals.


    7. Formal Engagement and Mandatory Face-to-Face Meeting
    Upon acceptance for representation, engagement is formalized under Solo Alliance USA’s professional fee structure.


    This includes direct involvement with Richard, a mandatory face-to-face meeting at the project location, strategic structuring, facilitator alignment, travel, and ongoing coordination.


    At this stage, the project is properly engineered for presentation into serious private capital channels.

    Following the face-to-face meeting, the project advances into due diligence under the facilitator’s protocols, leading toward funding and closing.


    8. Due Diligence and Closing
    Following the face-to-face meeting, the project proceeds into due diligence under the facilitating source’s protocols, leading toward closing. 


    Important Note

    Private capital operates differently than conventional lending environments.

    It requires:

    • preparation 
    • discipline 
    • and professional representation

    $47,000 or Higher USD

    This application is the required entry point for consideration by Solo Alliance USA.


    Solo Alliance USA works exclusively with project principals seeking alignment with serious private capital. With clients across more than 100 countries and decades of direct involvement in private funding, this process is designed to identify projects that are prepared to move forward within disciplined capital channels.


    Completion of this application in full will expedite the initial review of your project.


    Before You Begin

    Please review the Our Process, Protocol & Engagement Fee section of this website in full prior to submitting your application.


    Applications submitted without adherence to this protocol will not be reviewed or acknowledged. Our process is non-negotiable and etched in stone.


    Important Requirements

    • This application must be completed in full. Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed. 
    • This process applies to commercial projects and intellectual property only (all sectors). 
    • Individual loans and residential real estate requests are not considered. 
    • A mandatory face-to-face meeting with Richard Matthew and a capital facilitator is required if your project is accepted. There are no exceptions. 

    Submission Instructions

    Immediately after completing the application - where your project documents can be uploaded - you can also email the project business plan or executive summary, along with all relevant supporting documentation, to:

    Failure to follow these instructions will interrupt the review process.


    Access to Private Capital

    Solo Alliance USA serves as a gateway to private capital relationships involving high-net-worth individuals, families, and trusts.


    These funding channels are not publicly accessible and require proper positioning, preparation, and representation.


    Projects that follow the protocol are positioned accordingly. Those that do not will fail to be advanced.
